Each row: coin, mark_px, change_24h_pct, volume_24h_usd, open_interest_usd, funding_apr_pct, premium_bps, max_leverage. When to call: pick what to trade this hour, find funding extremes, momentum or mean-reversion screens. limit=1-25 (default 10), min_volume_usd (default 1,000,000). Replaces 7 separate $0.002 ranking calls; 30s cache.
