Prerequisite: the URL must carry a live x402 payment challenge when we probe it (that's what makes it an x402 endpoint). Either a plain HTTP
What happens next: accepted URLs go into our submission queue. On the next discovery sweep (at most every 6 hours) it's added to the catalog, and our prober starts scoring it within minutes after that. Manually-submitted endpoints are flagged as such and are never auto-delisted by a discovery sweep.
402 Payment Required, or an MCP server whose tools are gated behind x402 (we detect the challenge over the MCP handshake: initialize → tools/list → an unpaid tools/call). We check this live the moment you submit: if we can't elicit a challenge either way, we can't accept it.
